This article has some great advice https://www-mumforce-co-uk.cdn.ampproject.org/c/s/www.mumforce.co.uk/five-ways-working-mums-can-avoid-burnout/amp/ but I think it should be gender-neutral...am I going too far here???
I know that the femtech market (https://bisresearch.com/industry-report/femtech-market.html) is a huge one, and growing, and I know that 'click bate' is a real thing, but when you look at the recommendations in the article:
Set boundaries.
Accept that ‘bad’ days are part of life
Share and be honest
Banish ‘mum guilt’
Be bold when asking for what you need
Aren't these gender neutral recommendations? If men did more of #3, we'd be a lot better off? In today's progressive organisations, men will be risking this same burnout and need support in 'self-care' and 'self-compassion' too.
What are your thoughts?
