I’ve always believed that one of the highest compliments in work is when someone you respect and admire doesn’t just see your work…but actively wants to bring you in to help their people thrive.

Receiving this testimonial genuinely means a great deal to me.

🎯 From Elite Sport to Corporate Athletes

Over the past two decades, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside elite performers…from Formula 1 drivers to Olympians.

What has become increasingly clear is that the same principles that underpin sustainable performance in sport apply just as powerfully in leadership.

High performance isn’t just about podiums and medals.

It’s about people navigating:

• Complex teams

• High-stakes decisions

• Long hours

• Constant cognitive load

• Real-world pressure

This is why I often talk about leaders as corporate athletes.

🧠 What Sustainable Performance Really Looks Like

The work is never about pushing harder for longer.

It’s about:

✅ Building better daily habits

✅ Creating healthier environments

✅ Making wellbeing practical and accessible

✅ Supporting energy, clarity and resilience

✅ Helping people perform well in work and outside of it

Not as a bolt-on.

Not as a perk.

But as part of how teams actually function day to day.

🤝 Gratitude for Trust and Partnership

A genuine thank you to Andrew Wilkinson and the senior leadership team at Bupa for their trust, openness, and commitment to doing this work properly.

It’s always a privilege to partner with organisations who are willing to invest in the long game…health, performance and impact, not just short-term outputs.

🌿 One Habit at a Time

Change doesn’t come from grand gestures.

It comes from small, consistent actions, repeated over time.

That’s how cultures shift.

That’s how people thrive.

That’s how performance becomes sustainable.

Let’s keep moving the dial…

one good habit at a time.
