Food First, Supplements Second..but just get the omega 3

Blood levels of omega-3 fatty acids predicted children's behavior and ability to learn. Higher levels of omega-3 (particularly DHA) were associated with better reading, memory, and fewer behavior problems. DHA supplementation improved reading and behavior in otherwise healthy but underperforming children.
